*Attempted to use the Yoga Ball and sat on it and my butt darn near hit the ground while on the BALL! No lie! The ball was definately a No-Go.!!

  1. The ball is tough, I think. Although, it gets better and easier over time and ends up being a good tool. Good workout!!
